A Journey into Identity
Revealing the Unraveling
I’m thrilled to announce my upcoming non-fiction book, The Unraveling of Jon Doe: A Study on Identity by J.S. Webster, set for release on Amazon and KDP by July 4, 2025—a date that symbolizes my personal liberation from the shadows of the past. This book is an exploration of identity, with myself as the primary subject. Rooted in the science of how our identities are shaped in early life, this work aims to offer enlightenment, healing, and hope to readers.
Writing non-fiction, especially about oneself, demands raw honesty and vulnerability. It’s like baring your soul in the middle of Times Square during a star-studded event—leaving few secrets untold. In The Unraveling of Jon Doe, I lay bare my private thoughts and past, opening the door to a life I’ve kept locked away.
To my readers eagerly awaiting the next novel in my horror series, I offer my sincere apologies for the delay. Personal trauma disrupted that project, leading me to a period of introspection and healing that gave birth to this book. The seeds of this idea were planted in 2021, but recent challenges pushed me to finally bring it to life with a sense of purpose and altruism.
Now in my fifties, I’ve lived over half my life often tethered to unhealed wounds. The pain from past abuses lingered, as the perpetrators continued their harm and manipulation. This book is my journey toward closure—a reflection on identity, resilience, and the hope of moving forward.
Lock in the date and expect this new release by July 4th, 2025.
